With the upcoming elections shaping our nation's trajectory, this year's gathering is more significant than ever. We'll explore how new technologies can empower Latino potential and challenge stereotypes, particularly amidst growing concerns about AI bias and anti-DE&I narratives.

Latinos are making strides at Cannes, holding 20% of leadership positions. Our community's voice is stronger than ever. Let's celebrate our achievements, set a common agenda for the week, and advocate for continued advancement. Special guest Philip Thomas, Chairman of Cannes Lions, will kick off the event.
